With And here, the sweltering air thickens, Perri MacKenzie will demonstrate an abstract machine for aesthetic practice, encompassing ethics and the supernatural. This abstract machine will churn up (and sort out): burnt manuscripts, enormous cats and overflowing teacups; it will transport us from utopic baseball-diamond cities to heterotopic Turkestani rugs, in a horrible / hopeful essay into whether it really is "easy and pleasant to speak the truth".
