The Ballad of Mable Wong are an instrumental rock band based in Glasgow. Their current line-up, consisting of Rory McIntyre on guitar, Michael Kent on bass, Laurie Pitt on drums and Joanne Murtagh on glockenspiel, have been playing together since 2008 and have released music on Glasgow's DIY label, Winning Sperm Party. For this event, they will be playing a live soundtrack to an original short film by Rory McIntyre, who is currently undertaking a Masters course in Sound for the Moving Image at the Glasgow School of Art.
