Night Vision is a contemplative, dynamic, ensemble performance - a vocal sound work that crosses territory between concert, theatre, live art, visual art.

At its core is a large body of text written during the night over a two-year period, lying down in a semiconscious state - a very different starting place for Nichola as a composer and artist.
Night Vision has several iterations. This live work, quite distinct from the recently released studio album, has a flexible form with improvised performance.

Many thanks to performers:

Alison Peebles
Louise Montgomery
Ian Spink
Nerea Bello
Belle Jones

The performance will be filmed as part of a Night Vision film also being developed in 2023. The cinematographer is part of the performance and will be moving around the performance space. No images of audience members will be included.
