Can we dance again?
By Tabitha Dearie
With Charlotte Devlin (composer, performer)
‘Omg I am so sorry!!!
No, I am sorry!
No, I am sorry!
No, I am sorry, no, I am sorry!
It was my fault! No! It was my fault!
I was dancing . . .
And it’s my fault.
Can we dance again?’
Bright lights. Thumping bass. A kaleidoscope of two bodies moving as one. ’Can We Dance Again?’ is an immersive club performance that dives into the fragile connections formed between strangers in the fleeting, euphoric world of nightlife.
This is an invitation to dance, to listen, to linger – and to question. During the music and movement, we ask:
What does it mean to belong in a space that feels like it’s disappearing?
And can we find new ways to keep dancing together?
Come dance with us.
