Over the Summer holidays, the CCA’s Young People Programme will host a series of free workshops for 7-12-year-olds.
During the session, we will use defunct/obsolete technology to consider how we might build a future world that isn’t designed around privileges and disadvantages.
Joseph Tema is an anti-racist educator and mixed media artist producing a range of film, audio and installation work. Having moved to Glasgow after attaining a masters in Art and Politics at Goldsmiths, University of London, he now works in the charity sector as an educator working in a range of settings with a diverse pool of participants. Much of his artistic practice focuses on race, migration and intergenerational loss of tradition.
Upcoming Workshops:
- Friday 5th July 12-2pm
- Thursday 11th July 12-2pm
- Wednesday 17th July 12-2pm
- Tuesday 23rd July 12-2pm
- Tuesday 30th July 12-2pm
- Saturday 10th August 12-2pm
