Common Ground Festival: Launch Event

Common Ground is delighted to welcome everyone to the Common Ground Festival launch event, marking World Refugee Day and celebrating the opening of three exhibitions, HOW IF WHEN:, Monuments for the Present and Memories of Movement. With drinks and light refreshments.

Common Ground Festival is a three-day long celebration of diasporic culture and artistic resilience, taking place in Glasgow, 20 - 22 June 2024. The Festival will showcase an array of creative work across the CCA including performances, art installations, film screenings, talks, workshops and community events. Coinciding with World Refugee Day, Refugee Festival Scotland and Glasgow International, Common Ground Festival aims to strengthen the connections and collaborations across the arts and refugee sectors.
