Dance House: Sharing with Rob Heaslip

Dance House Creative Labs provide practical support for established and emerging artists to explore new ideas and methods, as well as artistic mentoring. These Creative Lab sessions usually finish with an informal sharing on the Friday at 4.30pm that is open to all. These gatherings provide an informal networking opportunity with kindred spirits. During their Creative Lab, some artists offer free morning class for professional dancers.

Working with dance artists Joanne Pirrie (UK) and Laura Murphy (IRL), Rob Heaslip will be developing skills and compositions aimed towards the development of his current work in progress. The content will look toward human interaction and relationships that are formed through physical touch – be they instinctual, premeditated or chance.
