Karen Sutherland’s new audiovisual work Entwine explores the sonic potential of MiMu gloves and Brainfingers. Presented by Karen with Dyskinetic (Kris Halpin) and Chris Jacquin. Join them on an interactive journey through three musical zones including Earth, Industry and Future, incorporating technology, moving image, and sound worlds.

Earth (Kris Halpin)- Long journeys taken slowly. Walking pace; a horse if you’re lucky. Bound up in the rhythm of seasons and days, fine summers and stormy winters, we live alongside the animals and plants we rely on to survive…

Industrial (Chris Jacquin)- The world pulses to strange new rhythms of machinery, steam engines, railways, and great factories full of noise and smoke. We pull coal and iron from the Earth to forge the Future…

Future (Karen Sutherland)- Technology moves us huge distances at speed. Screens and lights flicker on tall buildings at all hours. Information travels faster than thought…
