As part of Glasgow Film Festival, a panel of critics, writers, bloggers and podcasters will discuss their passion for film journalism.
Brought to you by Behind the Scenes in association with BFI Film Academy Labs, this free, in-person event at Glasgow Film Festival is for young people looking to explore careers in Scotland’s film industry.
Hosted by GFT Programme Manager Paul Gallagher, a panel of film journalists from print to podcasts, will discuss how the area of film journalism has changed in recent years as well as where they see it going in the future. The panel will also share valuable advice for those who aspire to work in film journalism. With Jamie Dunn (The Skinny), Sarah Buddery (Looper), Hanna Flint (GQ, Fade to Black Podcast) and Katie Goh (VICE, The Independent).
Behind the Scenes is supported by the BFI Venue Education Fund and Gannochy Trust, in partnership with Eden Court Highlands.
