Kathleen MacInnes is wildly regarded as one of the leading Gaelic singers of her generation. She has performed throughout Europe, America and beyond.

Ainsley Hamill is an award winning singer-songwriter. She has toured extensively as part of folk band Barluath and has recently released her debut solo album.

For this unique event these two phenomenal Gaelic vocalists will appear with nyos:futures.

nyos:futures is the cross-genre, contemporary ensemble of the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland. Players from the classical and jazz orchestras are invited to collaborate with artists and musicians from classical, jazz, folk and experimental backgrounds to create new musical futures.
