Havana Glasgow Film Festival Habanastation

Far from his luxurious house in Miramar, a child attends the 1st of May parade. He will get lost within the crowd and accidentally end up in the neighbourhood "La Tinga". There, he will meet his classmate, Carlos. This film reveals the different aspects of Cuban reality through two children's everyday lives.

Filmed in a slum in western Havana, the film addresses inequalities in Cuba through the relationship between two children of different social backgrounds.
