Probably the History of an Angel: Fernando Birri is a montage of key chapters in Fernando Birri’s life. The documentary includes Birri’s favourite places, his exile and search for identity, his creative work and his views on film, fate, madness and utopia.

His story is told through interview, archival and contemporary images and Birri’s own voice.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Domenico Lucchini.
