Mobile cooking in Glasgow

This cooking workshop is led by the artists Eva De Baerdemaeker, Suraia Abud, and Yannick Roels. In their mobile kitchens, Cocinar Madrid, Cocinar Uruguay and KOOKMET BXL they use food as a tool for social research and investigate what is cooked different food cultures in our cities. They will use the cooking table as a way to discuss the purpose and delicacies of the kitchen as a mobile social tool. "Cocinar Glasgow?" invites people interested in the arts, social engagement, and recipes to come together and imagine possibilities for a mobile kitchen in Glasgow.
