Rumpus Room Young Activists
Glasgow based Rumpus Room young activists group will inhabit the gallery for the evening to showcase some work they have been creating together in Govanhill around their own experience and fears around climate change. The event will offer space for interaction and exchange between Rumpus Room and young indigenous activists, as well as the screening of a film created at the Youth Summit Vaupés, Amazonas. Possible Dialogues Chapter 2 Vaupes centres on the struggles being faced by indigenous peoples and why we should all be concerned.
Facilitated by Isabella Noero and RR young activists.
Notes for participants
This workshop will be targeted to young people aged 14-30, as a peer to peer opportunity for local young
eco-activists from Rumpus Rooms to engage with youth activists from Colombia.
