Also screening is the original Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum's commissioned exhibit for the Hypnotic Show – conceived by Raimundas Malašauskas and Marcos Lutyens as an intimate experiment in art and hypnosis, and the Scottish premiere of Sin Wai Kin fka Victoria Sin's performance work on film, produced originally by Chi-Wen Gallery in 2019. Also screening is mysterious and atmospheric film works by renowned filmmakers including Turner Prize-nominated Rosalind Nashashibi and Glasgow-based Mathew Parkin – as well as classic interventionist performance work on film by JTTE Festival guests featured in the live programme, including Jing Xie. Moving image works by local wunderkind Chizu Anucha and Festival Director Jian Yi round out this fresh programme of mesmerising films.
