Unwind with a grounding Yin yoga practice, where you'll engage in slow-paced postures held for several minutes. This meditative style targets deep connective tissues, easing physical tightness and mental stress, and is aimed for anyone looking to peacefully reconnect with their bodies.
Natasha Iregbu, a seasoned Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher with 400+ hours of training in various disciplines, specializes in the mindful practice of Yin Yoga. She's a certified Mindfulness Teacher and Coach for adults, as well as a Creative Mindfulness Teacher for Children and Teenagers. Passionate about diversity and inclusion in wellness, Natasha emphasizes slowing down and being present. Her debut children's book, Slow Down Amaya integrates mindfulness into storytelling. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Community Education and 15 years of diverse experience, Natasha creates inclusive spaces, leveraging her expertise to guide individuals toward mindfulness in accessible ways.
