Come to celebrate the National Vegetarian Week and meet the local businesses that supply Project Café for a discussion about the importance of sustaining local food networks. This event explores the move towards a more sustainable, locally-sourced and creative food culture. It will offer the opportunity to make connections between organisations, and to chat about the different ways they are run and interlink with each other. It will also provide an opportunity for members of the public to find out more about how these systems work and to try some local products during the event.
