Tom Varley

A screening of new film work produced during a recent Creative Lab residency.

Tom will present the first instalments in a new series of (very) short films about ways that economy shapes subjectivity: about peoples' inner lives and the things they do for money. Alongside the new films Tom will show two older videos, The Personality Test (2017) and The Eccentricity of an Ellipse (2016). Both works explore themes of prediction, prophecy and projection, and this will be the first time they’ve been shown in Scotland.
