Trees the Time It Takes by Wolfgang Weileder
Featuring works by Wolfgang Weileder and The Otolith Group, this exhibition plays with the interaction of time, space, and audio-visual practices, encouraging us to question our understanding – and acknowledge the complexities – of the environments we all navigate, be they built, natural, digital, or internal. These works bring attention to microcosmic worlds discovered via fingertips and the eyes of imaginations. Works-in-progress will also be featured by artists, researchers, and participants of the University of Glasgow’s ongoing research project, 'Touch Post-Covid19'.
TouchScreen: Rethinking Perception through Sight and Skin (18-21 May)
Part of a programme of exhibitions, screenings, artist talks, and workshops exploring sense perception as our common ground for experiencing the world. Co-hosted by the University of Glasgow, in partnership with Deafblind Scotland, LUX Scotland, and the Centre for Contemporary Arts.
