Lauren Currie and Lauren Gault: Who Would You Rather?

Initiate after a two-year written exchange, Lauren Currie and Lauren Gault use collaborative installation as a research mechanism to extend the reach of their individual practices. The artists are interested in collaboratively exploring the assembly and layout of new works in the form of an idiosyncratic flowchart, indicative of a process and connecting dis/order. This approach directly implicates the original subjects, creating new works, enriching enquiry and questioning the nature and benefit of collaboration.
