Duty Manager
DUTY MANAGER AT CCA
The Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) is looking for an experienced individual for the role of Duty Manager. This is a part time position: 1 shift (8.5H) per week minimum which includes evenings/weekends. It is likely that additional hours will be available to cover periods of annual leave and other absence across the team.
This is a fixed term post until March 2025
PRINCIPAL AIMS OF THE POST
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the CCA in line with the needs of Programming, Events, Marketing and Production and Hospitality.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved for all visitors, clients and building users.
- Maintain the security of the building (as a key holder you will be responsible for opening/securing the building each day/night) and act upon health and safety issues throughout the building.
Rate of pay: £14.50
Hours: Part time (including evenings/weekends), minimum of 1 shift/ 8.5hrs per week
Start date: Training in August 2024, start in September 2024
Holiday: Paid holiday in accordance with the number of hours worked, based on a FTE entitlement of 36 days.
